6 cl | Siegfried Wonderleaf |
2 cl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2 cl | Sugar syrup |
12 Leaves | Basil |
Garnish | Basil leaves |
METHOD
Place the basil and lemon juice in a shaker and crush with a mortar. Add Wonderleaf and sugar and shake over ice. Double strain (through a fine sieve) into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
