INGREDIENTS
5 cl | Wonderleaf |
3 cl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2.5 cl | Aquafaba (cooking water from chickpeas) |
2 cl | Raspberry syrup |
10 cl | Ginger Beer |
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake on ice and strain into a highball glass with ice cubes. Finish by topping with ginger beer.
