NEW YORK GIN SOUR

Our twist on the New York Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 5cl Juniper Bird
  • 2cl Triple Sec
  • 2,5cl Lime juice
  • 1,5cl Violet Syrup
  • Bar spoon of Maraschino Liqueur
  • Egg white or foamer
  • Pinot Noir Float
  • Absinthe Spray

METHOD

Shake gin, triple sec, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, violet syrup, and egg white with ice.  Strain into a chilled tumbler over fresh ice. Gently float the Pinot Noir over the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with edible flowers and a mist of absinthe.
