2 cl jasmine syrup (e.g., Monin)

3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice

1 piece kiwi (peeled and chopped)

0.75 piece fennel (chopped)

Garnish: Salt-vanilla sugar rim*
Instructions:

Prepare the rim-crust: Moisten the outer rim of the glass with lime pulp, then dip into a mixture of salt and vanilla sugar to form a crust.
