A creative, botanical mocktail with a fresh garden twist. Wonderleaf combines with floral jasmine syrup, zesty lime, ripe kiwi, and aromatic fennel for a drink that’s vibrant and complex. Finished with a unique salt-vanilla sugar rim and your choice of garden garnish, it’s elegant, playful, and bursting with natural flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl Wonderleaf

  • 2 cl jasmine syrup (e.g., Monin)

  • 3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 piece kiwi (peeled and chopped)

  • 0.75 piece fennel (chopped)

  • Garnish: Salt-vanilla sugar rim*

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the rim-crust: Moisten the outer rim of the glass with lime pulp, then dip into a mixture of salt and vanilla sugar to form a crust.

  2. Add chopped kiwi and fennel to a shaker and mash together.

  3. Add Wonderleaf, lime juice, and jasmine syrup. Shake vigorously over ice.

  4. Carefully add ice to the prepared glass.

  5. Double strain the drink into the glass.

  6. Garnish with edible garden flowers or pods, such as cucumber flowers or young pea pods.

*To create the salt-vanilla sugar rim: Mix salt and vanilla sugar, then use as described.
