Ingredients:

  • 5 cl Juniper Bird

  • 3 cl lime cordial
    or
    2 cl simple syrup and 3 cl lemon juice

  • Champagne (to top)

  • Fresh oregano, basil, or rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Shake Juniper Bird and lime cordial (or syrup and lemon) with ice until well chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled flute glass.

  3. Top with champagne.
