INGREDIENTS

  • 5cl Juniper Bird
  • 3cl Lime cordial or 2cl Simple sirup and 3cl Lemon juice
  • Champagne
  • Fresh oregano, basil or rosemary

METHOD

Shake gin and cordial with ice. Strain it into a chilled flute and top it off with champagne. Garnish with one of the suggested fresh herbs.
