This bright, alcohol-free riff on the classic mule brings together botanical Wonderleaf, zesty lime, agave sweetness, and spicy ginger beer, muddled with fresh raspberries. Finished with a garnish of berries and mint, it’s tangy, refreshing, and bursting with natural flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 5 cl Wonderleaf

  • 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 cl agave syrup

  • 10 cl ginger beer

  • 5 fresh raspberries

  • Garnish: Raspberries and fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Add Wonderleaf, lime juice, agave syrup, and fresh raspberries to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well to combine and chill.

  3. Strain (fine straining if desired for a smoother texture) into a glass over ice.

  4. Top with ginger beer.

  5. Garnish with additional raspberries and mint leaves.
