A crowd-pleasing tropical punch brimming with fresh pineapple, orange, and lime juices, two Kōloa rums, and sparkling ginger ale. Sweet, zesty, and perfectly refreshing—ideal for parties, brunch, or sunny celebrations!
Ingredients

1 cup Kōloa Kaua’i Spice Rum

½ cup Kōloa White Rum

2½ cups fresh pineapple juice

1 cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup fresh lime juice

2 tbsp simple syrup* (see notes)

Few drops citrus bitters

1 cup ginger ale

1 cup lemon-lime soda (Hansen’s or any brand)

Instructions

Use freshly pressed juices if possible for the best flavor.

Combine both rums, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a pitcher. Chill for several hours to blend flavors.

Before serving, add ginger ale and lemon-lime soda.

For each glass: dip rim in simple syrup, then cinnamon sugar. Fill glasses with ice.

Pour punch into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
Notes

To make simple syrup: combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, boil until sugar dissolves, let cool.
