Ingredients

  • 1 oz Passionfruit Juice (fresh, seeds included for extra flavor)

  • 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1.5 oz Kōloa White Rum

  • 0.5 oz Kōloa Spice Rum

  • 0.25 oz Orgeat

  • 2 oz Champagne (to top)

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh passionfruit juice (seeds and all), pineapple juice, crushed ice, Kōloa White Rum, and Kōloa Spice Rum in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake well.

  3. Pour everything—do not strain—into a tall Collins glass so the seeds add visual and textural appeal.

  4. Top with champagne.
