Refresh your next celebration with this sparkling party punch! Spiced rum meets lively ginger beer, tangy grapefruit, and crisp champagne—all brightened by fresh mint and grapefruit slices in a crowd-friendly punch bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spiced rum

  • 24 oz ginger beer

  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice

  • 750 ml bottle champagne or sparkling wine

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves

  • 1 grapefruit, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine spiced rum, ginger beer, grapefruit juice, and sparkling wine in a large punch bowl.

  2. If serving immediately, add plenty of ice. If prepping ahead, chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready.

  3. Before serving, top with fresh mint leaves and thin grapefruit slices for color and aroma.
