1 cup Kōloa Kauai Spice Rum

½ cup Kōloa White Rum

2½ cups fresh pineapple juice

1 cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup fresh lime juice

2 tbsp simple syrup* (see notes)

Few drops citrus bitters

1 cup ginger ale

1 cup lemon-lime soda (Hansen’s or any brand)
For the Sugar Rim & Garnish

Instructions

Use fresh-pressed juices for the best flavor.

In a pitcher, combine the rums, juices, simple syrup, and bitters. Do not add ice; chill for several hours to let flavors mingle.

When ready to serve, pour punch into a large pitcher or sangria pitcher and top with ginger ale and lemon-lime soda.

Rim glasses with simple syrup, then with cinnamon sugar. Fill with ice.
